Create external device action

Device Actions: Track device lifecycle actions such as retrievals, transfers, wipes, and deployments.

Parameters

Name	Type	Required	Description
`action_type`	string	yes	The type of device action.
`serial_number`	string	yes	Serial number of the external device
`model`	string	yes	Device model or description (e.g. "MacBook Pro 14"). Also accepts "description" as an alias.
`type`	string	yes	Device type (e.g. "Laptop", "Monitor"). Also accepts "device_type" as an alias.
`country`	string	yes	Country where the device is located
`current_user`	object	yes	Current holder of the device. Must include name and email. Accepts an optional notification_date (YYYY-MM-DD): when set to a future date, the scheduling link is sent to this person on that date instead of immediately.
`new_recipient`	object	no	New recipient (required for Assign and Reassign). Must include name and email. Accepts an optional notification_date (YYYY-MM-DD): when set to a future date, the scheduling link is sent to this person on that date instead of immediately.
`wipe`	boolean	no	Whether to wipe the device (for Store actions)
`notes`	string	no	Additional notes for the action
`notification_emails`	string[]	no	Additional emails to notify
